Macaroni and cheese with kamote tops and banana heart


Ingredients

8 to 6 pcs Garlic cloves, crushed

1/4 c Butter, melted 1 whole Banana heart, sliced

1 bunch sweet potato leaves (kamote tops) Salt and pepper to taste 300 g All purpose cream 1 c Milk

500 g pasta 1 1/2 c grated cheese

Preparation

Saute crushed garlic in butter. Add vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until vegetables are done (wilted and soft). Add cream and milk. Simmer for 2 minutes and mix well. Remove from heat.

Add cooked pasta. Mix until pasta is covered with cream mixture. Add grated cheese and mix well. transfer in casserole dish.
