Crispy Okra

Ingredients:

4 c Okra, sliced 1/2 inch thick

1 Egg, slightly beaten

2T Milk

1 c Panko

1/2 c Flour

1 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Pepper

Cooking oil for deep frying

Preparation:

Beat egg with milk. Add okra, toss until fully coated with milk and egg. Combine panko, flour, salt and pepper. Add to okra and toss until well coated. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Remove from heat and drain in paper towel.
